Born and raised in Fairfax County, Virginia, Andy was co-owner of College Lawn Service during his College years from 1989 to 1993. Afterward, Andy went on to a "normal" career in IT consulting. Wanting to get back to the outdoors and the work he enjoyed, Andy decided to go back into the lawn care business, incorporating the knowledge he had acquired from his 5 previous years in lawn care and 12 years of high level consulting.
